The business was born after we met, fell in love, married and launched Edibles Incredible Desserts out of our common passion for desserts, selling fudge and toffee from a Fair Oaks Mall kiosk in 1999.

Immediately after launching our business, our two flagship products 'Robyn's English Toffee' and 'Alan's Secret Recipe Fudge' were hot sellers at Dean and DeLuca in Georgetown.  We opened our first store in the Reston Town Center.  This was the just the beginning of our dream.  Our greatest joy is when seasoned customers come in and begin telling others how great our products taste!

Early in 2007 we opened our commercial kitchen and production facility in Sterling, Virginia, just minutes from Dulles Airport. This allows us to ship our baked goods and other desserts right out of the oven and ship fresh directly to our customers all over the nation! Our desserts are THAT fresh to you!

Later in 2007, we opened our THIRD operation, our newest retail store in Brambleton Town Center near Leesburg Virginia. There, we hold private parties, high teas, cake decorating classes, kids summer camps, cupcake decorating classes, birthday parties, Ladies Nights, and much, much more! Of course all our delectable baked goods are available there too, along with our special line of ice cream too!

And now, our candy, cake and gift creations just keep selling. Our motto is to please palates everywhere, and we do . . . in our stores and on-line.
